“If it’s not on the Internet, it doesn’t exist“.
Vincent Severski
It is hard to deny the truth of one of the most famous Polish spies. However, we do not conduct intelligence activities, and since 2020, under the brand names of the founding partners, we operate as Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm.
We are a law firm based in Warsaw, fully aware of the Internet’s power as a medium. Our main specializations are litigation and arbitration. We primarily handle cases of high complexity or greater value in disputes.
Nearly five years of activity, hundreds of cases, court and arbitration hearings, and thousands of documents in proceedings encourage us to speak up and share our thoughts and procedural experience. Those interested know our newsletter, blog, legal alerts, or social media ( LinkedIn and Facebook ), a must-have in the era of galloping digital transformation (we invite new Readers to follow our communication channels).
We decided to tackle the podcast, another form of electronic communication. Our experience in the process allows us to share our experiences and thoughts with our recipients.
We entrusted the task of recording the podcast to our law firm colleague, Łukasz Wydra. He has been involved in litigation for almost two decades and has worked in both large and small law firms. He also served as the leading lawyer in a large company. He often writes about litigation, but above all, he writes about his favorite topic, arbitration (he even defended his doctoral thesis in it). He has educational experience and continues to conduct classes for law students and attorneys. He enjoys discussing legal battles and knows many anecdotes from the corridors of state and arbitration courts, while lamenting that there are too few of the latter in Poland.
We are confident that Łukasz’s perspective as an advocate will be more than just another legal chat. From what we know, he has such ambitions himself. The podcast name, “Otter Way,” refers to the English transcription of attorney Wydra’s name and his ambition to discuss legal disputes in a different way (“other way”).
Regardless of the final effect, we cordially invite you to listen to our podcast: Otter way. About the Law, Differently, and follow the profile of the Jabłoński Koźmiński & Partners Law Firm in the Spotify app.
At this point, we say: “ Check”…
